⚽️⭐️????Huge Congratulations to our Yr5&6 Girls Football team for winning the Hyndburn and Ribble Valley School Sports Partnership league! What a brilliant achievement, not loosing a single game! Such a fantastic team both on & off the pitch. Thank you to Coach Stell & Coach Hurst for all their guidance! Thanks to all our wonderful parents too who came to support us! Mrs Barnes was incredibly proud of you all!????⭐️⚽️
⭐️These 12 children represented our school at an Orienteering competition run by Pendle Forest Club. The children had to orientate a map to find up to 20 controls in 30 minutes. These controls were on the edge of woodland, on path junctions and not always easy to find. All the children represented the school beautifully. Well done to the Red Team who came joint first and particularly to Ted and Franki who got the highest overall score of the event.⭐️

????⭐️ This group of Year 2s showed fantastic determination, team work & skill in the Hyndburn and Ribble Valley School Sports Partnership Animal Olympics. They were so well behaved taking part in events which tested their balance, throwing, agility, running & jumping skills. We competed against 20 other teams & finished in 3rd place! Fantastic!⭐️????

⭐️????⚪️☀️What a fantastic afternoon these boys had at the Yr3&4 Gifted & Talented Football Tournament held at Blackburn Rovers Academy. They were supported by the Under 18s team players & showed great teamwork, determination & skill to finish 3rd! Thanks to Coach Stell for all his guidance☀️????⚪️⭐️
????????Well done to our Year 6 children who represented our school at the HRVSSP Quadrathon on 23rd April. They participated in 75m, 600m, a standing long jump and vortex howler throw. Each event earned points for their team total. They showed great determination and were a credit to the school.!????????

????????Amazing teamwork & skills were shown tonight at the Hyndburn and Ribble Valley School Sports Partnership Girl’s Football Tournament. We played 5 games winning 4 & drawing 1, not conceding a single goal! Thank you to Coach Stell & Coach Hurst for all their help and to all our parents who came along to support the team!????????
Intra Competition
Our Year 6 leaders ran an intra-competition for the children in Ash and Oak Class. The children participated in a orienteering competition using a map to locate controls. It was so lovely to see older children supporting our younger children and having fun.

Huge well done to this group of children who took part in the Panathlon bowling event where the children worked brilliantly as a team cheering each other on!

Great start in the Hyndburn and Ribble Valley School Sports Partnership Year 5/6 Football league! We played 4 great games winning 1, drawing 2 & losing just 1 in the very last second of the game! ⚽️What an experience for these Year 1&2 children to play at Blackburn Rovers Academy, playing lots of 3v3 tournaments, scoring lots of goals & being coached by the Blackburn Rovers U21 players! They all had a fantastic afternoon & were an absolute credit! Huge thank you to Coach Stell for his help!⚽️
